Residential Architecture Design
Designing buildings in response to their site, purpose and the people who inhabit them.
Architecture begins with understanding the relationship between a building and its surroundings. We approach each project by considering the land, climate, orientation, spatial requirements and intended use before developing its architectural form.
Our design process brings together planning, spatial organisation, material selection and environmental considerations to create buildings that respond to their context and remain functional over time.
Our Scope of Work
- Concept Development: Establishing the design direction based on the site, brief and project objectives.
- Site Planning & Space Planning: Organising built spaces, circulation, access, open areas and relationships between functions.
- Architectural Design: Developing the building's form, elevations, sections and overall spatial character.
- Climate & Context Response: Considering sunlight, wind, shade, natural ventilation, water and local conditions.
- Vastu Considerations: Incorporating the client's Vastu requirements into the planning process where requested and feasible.
- Technical Documentation: Preparing architectural drawings and relevant details for project development.
- Approval Coordination: Preparing or coordinating the required architectural documentation for applicable statutory approval processes, as agreed.
